Four Import Methods

Camera Capture
Point your Mac’s camera at a physical receipt and Less is More detects the document boundaries, corrects the perspective, runs OCR, and feeds the result to AI for extraction. No scanner needed.
Gmail Import
Connect your Gmail account via OAuth and Less is More searches for receipt emails. It extracts data from both PDF attachments and inline HTML receipts — no forwarding or manual download required.
